In an emergency: If you smell gas or think there might be a gas leak: turn off the gas at the meter, extinguish naked flames, open windows and leave the area. Seek medical advice if you feel unwell. Call the Gas Emergency Freephone Number 0800 111 999.
Our vans are already stocked with most common parts to fix the problem or at least get water back on within the hour. This also means often a second visit is not required reducing the cost and the inconvenience this can cause.
Common problems that can seriously disrupt a household could be:
- Burst or leaking pipes
- Toilets blocked or not flushing
- Stop taps
- Overflows
- Ball-cock valves
- Faulty taps
- Bath or Sink blocked
